We do this by starting companies where we see a lack of innovation, advising existing companies and deploying capital in early stage startups.
Our Story
CPM Ventures started in July of 2016 when Founder Casey McEnry started his first two companies simultaneously. One was acquired within the first year and the second failed in the first two months. He quickly learned that he had a passion for early-stage businesses and since that time has grown the portfolio of companies he became involved in. CPM Ventures continues to build, advise and invest in companies that align with their brand mission.

Drawing from over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, sales and marketing we work with clients with a broad spectrum of needs. We create nimble companies to solve problems for companies that do not have the resources to do themselves. We build and implement scalable sales processes at startups not ready to hire a full team, as well as established companies looking for a fresh perspective. We provide strategic advisorship and seed investments for early stage startups.

We have spent a decade selling into Fortune brands, built sales processes and created lead generation campaigns from scratch. We advise startups in their early stages on best practices with lead generation, sales process creation and contract negotiation.
Recruitment
Our team partners with companies as a recruitment agency to connect candidates with established relationships to selective companies. We also advise HR and Recruitment teams on their overall sourcing and hiring strategies.

Once your company has reached max capacity for founder selling, we can help take you to the next level. We do this by putting scalable processes in place, helping make your first commercial hires and implementing Account Management best practices.
